Scott Beller has been concentrating in immigration law for more than 25 years. His practice has included representation of businesses in obtaining temporary and permanent visas for skilled workers as well as family-based immigration. Clients have included major corporations, computer workers, artists, accountants, architects, scientists, film producers and even a horse trainer. He has also represented clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal court in Chicago.
Scott Beller graduated from the University of Illinois in 1972 and from I.I.T. Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he served on the Law Review, in 1977. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
