If you meet the qualifications as manager or executive with a company affiliated with a U.S. company, there are a number of advantages to obtaining an EB-1C visa, including:

- The PERM labor certification process is not required.
- Your spouse and children under age 21 can apply for family-based immigration.
A permanent job offer is required to obtain permanent residency as a manager or executive of a multinational company.
What Does it Mean to be Affiliated with a U.S. Company?
Your employer must be a parent, branch or subsidiary of a U.S. company. The U.S. company office can be a startup, as long as you have worked for the foreign company for at least one year out of the last three and the foreign company will continue to exist after you open the branch or subsidiary in the United States.
What is an Executive or Manager?
Not every one who has manager in their job title will qualify under this visa category.
