Meet Attorney Scott Beller
Attorney Scott Beller has concentrated his law practice in immigration law for more than 25 years. His practice includes representation of businesses and individuals in obtaining temporary and permanent visas for skilled workers as well as in family-based immigration.
The lawyer's clients have included major corporations, computer workers, artists, accountants, athletes, teachers, architects, scientists, researchers, film producers, trades workers, religious workers, and other skilled workers and professionals. He has also represented clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal court in Chicago.
Scott Beller graduated from the University of Illinois in 1972 and from I.I.T. Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he served on the Law Review, in 1977. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has chaired the asylum committee of the AILA.
